About

Our Story

Haines Maxwell, Jr. started Maxwell & Associates – a promotional products and corporate apparel firm- 27 years ago on his kitchen table in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Meanwhile, Chad Smith was enjoying a  career in sales, advertising, branding, and in recent years –  web design, marketing and development. The two attended the same church for ten years…AND HAD NEVER MET…until September of 2015 at a men’s gathering. TIMING is EVERYTHING some might say…both men were at a business crossroads, became fast friends and….BOOM…a partnership was formed and Haines joined Chad’s BRAVO Marketing and they blasted off together in the Fall of 2015.

Our Plan

Behind our constant and relentless effort to help firms and organizations promote their brand and create memorable experiences, Bravo is backed up by the iPROMOTEu network which MONTHLY does $10 million in promotional product and apparel sales. Our back office of 50+ folks helps us bring incredible resources to bear for our clients as our growing group of Brand Warriors in the Southeast help us spread the Branding Love.

Bravo is based in Fort Mill, SC just south of Charlotte, NC, a one-minute walk from the kitchen-table birthplace of Maxwell & Associates. Our office and Cool Stuff Studio is located in an office building constructed by the Haines A. Maxwell (Sr!) Company thirty years ago.

Our service is delivered face-to-face by our team in the Carolinas, via the internet administering regional and national fulfillment programs, and promoting American craftsmanship through our Made in the USA promo product site at www.BravoUSA.net

Our Mission

We want to create WOW experiences for our clients, their employees, friends and fans. And while we are at it…we want to change the world.
